See the World Differently.\nOur Beavers are picking up their cameras and exploring the world through a new lens at our Beaver Photography Badge Day. \nThis creative\, hands-on event is designed to help young people work through the Beaver Photography Badge criteria in a fun\, practical and supportive environment. It’s all about observation\, creativity and telling a story through images. \nWhat They’ll Be Doing\nThroughout the day\, Beavers will take part in a range of activities to complete the requirements of their Photography badge. This will include: \n– Learning how to hold and use a camera or device safely\n– Understanding what makes a good photograph\n– Exploring different types of photos\, from portraits to action shots\n– Taking photographs indoors and outdoors\n– Reviewing and talking about the photos they’ve taken \nAll activities are age-appropriate and led by experienced volunteers\, with a strong focus on safety\, creativity and building confidence. \nWhy It Matters\nThe Beaver Photography Badge isn’t just about taking pictures.
