Information about our adventure...

What is this?

We are planning a large scale event to give as many young people as possible an amazing international experience in Germany.

When is it?

The event will take place in August 2027 (likely leaving around the 14th - but we will confirm exact dates), for a little over a week.

Where is it?

Germany - we'll be more precise as soon as we can!

How will we get there?

We'll be travelling by coach from your local area to Germany.

How much will it cost?

£895. The price includes travel, accommodation, food, activities, t-shirts, necker, hoodie, insurance, pre-event activities and a whole load of amazing memories.

Deposits and Payments

A deposit of £95 will be due by 31 March 2026.  Your group will be collecting money locally and will be requesting this shortly. Once collected, the group will pass on their payments to the County bank account.  All payments will be non-refundable as we'll be making payments for fixed costs such as acommodation deposits, transport, clothing and activities in advance of the trip.

Anticipated activities

These are still in the planning stages but are likely to include at least some (maybe not all) of the following - we'll pack in as much as we can within the cost of the trip for an amazing week!:

• White water rafting
• Rodelbahn
• High Ropes
• Visit to a local town / city
• Outdoor water park
• Days out to local attractions
• Opportunities for young people to choose additional activities
• Evening entertainment
• Meeting other scouts from around the world

Additional Needs

Part of our aim is to ensure that the trip is as accessible as possible. Please don't let the activities put you off. We can work with the needs and wishes of young people to ensure they have the best adventure possible.
