Here\'s everything you need to know to sign up your groups.....
Germany 2027 – How to Book!
Bookings for Germany are now open. Please read the information below before completing your booking.
Before you book:
- Only one person per group should complete the booking.
- Check nobody else from your group has already submitted a booking.
- Have your main contact details ready (email, phone, address).
- Do not include Support Team Members – they will receive separate instructions.
How to book:
Step 1: Go to bookings.humbersidescouts.org.uk/germany
Step 2: Register your young people and adults.
- Register all young people as SCOUTS.
- Register all adults as ADULTS.
- The ratio for signing up is currently 1 adult to every 5 young people.
If your numbers have changed since your expression of interest, please only book up to the required ratio at this stage.
Additional adults beyond the ratio, or adults wishing to attend without young people, should be registered separately using the form below:
Step 3: Pay your deposit. Log into the booking system to find out how much this is. Please pay this as soon as possible to secure your places.
