An expedition this size—hundreds of young people traveling across Europe—needs a powerhouse team of adults. We are looking for:
- Unit Leaders: To manage and inspire our Scouts and Explorers throughout the journey.
- Support Team: From kitchen wizards and logistics experts to welfare stars and programme leads.
Note on Staff Costs: While the participant fee is set, we are working hard to keep costs for our volunteer support team as low as possible. Specific pricing for staff roles will be shared directly with those who express interest as we finalize our team structure.
