DofE Expedition Notification Form

Completing this form will cover the requirement to inform the County DofE lead of any expeditions that take place. This should be completed alongside the completion of a Nights Away Notification and approval from your District Lead Volunteer on the My Membership system.

This form can also used to request an expedition assessor, should you require one.

 

For Notification only, this form should be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event. And should be submitted at least 6 weeks prior to the event if you are requesting an assessor. For those requesting an assessor, we recommend giving as much notice as possible to maximise the chances of getting an assessor. 

Once you have submitted your form, this will be reviewed by the County DofE lead, and you will be contacted with either an approval or any relevant questions. We aim to respond, within 1 week of the form being submitted.
