Explorer WinterFest

WinterFest is an Explorer weekend with a difference!

Enjoy all the usual fun and adventure of an Explorer event but throw in some TV Game Shows such as I'm a Celebrity, The Apprentice, The Cube and maybe a little sprinkling of Come Dine With Me and a serving of House of Games and you get one epic weekend!

There are a few beds available otherwise there's always camping!

Bookings are now open for £55 per Explorer Scout - this includes all your food for the weekend, accommodation and activities.

Bookings

Explorer Units can sign up as a unit via their Explorer Leader. 

We are currently FULL but please send an email to http://events@humbersidescouts.org.uk and we will see what options are available! 

Leaders

Leaders can attend with their Explorers, but if you cannot attend, please get in touch as we have members of the Events Team who can assist.

The cost for Leaders attending is £10.00 per person, to cover food costs for the weekend. 

Leaders will be used to deliver the Programme over the weekend, as directed by the Events Team.

NAN Forms

Everyone will be camping on the permit of the Leader in Charge, so one central NAN Form will be submitted. A copy of this will be sent to the DLVs of each Unit attending. 

A list of Leaders' names and membership numbers are required from each Unit, to complete this NAN Form.

Photographs, Videos and Audio

Throughout the weekend, Leaders will be capturing the great fun that the Explorers are having via photos, videos and audio recordings.

Parents/Carers should ensure they sign or do not sign the box on the Young Person Health Form accordingly and Unit Leaders should ensure the Events Team are made aware of any young people who cannot have their photos, videos or audio shared publicly.
