Diamond CSA & Silver D of E Open Expedition

Following the success of running a Humberside Scouts County Silver DofE/Diamond Chief Scout Award Expedition earlier this year. We are pleased to announce that for 2026 we will be offering both a Silver DofE/Diamond Chief Scout expedition and a Gold DofE/King’s Scout Award expedition.

Humberside Scouts Diamond CSA/Silver DofE Open Expedition

• Practice Expedition: Friday 3rd – Sunday 5th April 2026 - £49
• Qualifying Expedition: Saturday 29th August – Wednesday 2nd September 2026 - £50

Please be aware when signing up you must sign up to both the practice and qualifying expedition to complete this part of the award. 

Ahead of taking part in an expedition, it is essential that participants have the relevant skills to complete their expedition safely.

In collaboration with the North Lincolnshire Top Awards team, we are offering the below dates for participants to tick off the training requirements:

Skills Days for 2025/2026

• Skills Day 1: Saturday 15th November 2025, Primrose Hill. BOOKINGS NOW OPEN!
• Skills Day 2: Saturday 10th January 2026, Raywell.
• Skills Day 3: Saturday 24th January 2026, North Lincolnshire.
• Skills Day 4: Sunday 7th June 2026, North Lincolnshire.
• Skills Day 5: Saturday 4th July 2026, Raywell.

Navigation Days for 2025/2026

• Navigation Day 1 – Saturday 7th February 2026, Location TBC
• Navigation Day 2 – Sunday 15th February 2026, Location TBC
• Navigation Day 3 – Sunday 19th July 2026, Location TBC
• Navigation Day 4 – Sunday 13th September 2026, Location TBC

Humberside Scouts are proud to be a provider of the Duke of Edinburgh Award and we actively encourage our young people to partake in the award alongside the Chief Scouts Awards, that can effectively give them a 'two for one' offering.
