Help get Raywell ready for summer

Raywell is holding another workday on Saturday 23rd May, and a few extra pairs of hands would be a big help as the site gets ready for a busy summer.

There will be jobs for everyone, with no special skills needed. Just bring a willingness to get stuck in, lend a hand and be part of a positive volunteer-led day on site.

Event details

Date: Saturday 23rd May
Time: 09:00 to around 16:00
Location: Raywell
Cost: Free
Booking: TBC
Who can attend: Volunteers and supporters
What to bring: Suitable clothing for outdoor jobs, sturdy footwear and a can-do attitude

What’s happening

The day will focus on practical jobs around the site to help keep Raywell looking smart, welcoming and ready for the months ahead.

Whether you can stay all day or just pop down for an hour or two, every bit of support helps.

Food and extras

Free lunch and drinks will be provided for volunteers.

There may also be a mystery project happening on the day, plus the first look at an upcoming Raywell giveaway. And if the weather is on side, there could even be ice creams too.

How to get involved

Drop a comment on the original post to let the team know you’re coming, or just turn up on the day.

Good people, a bit of graft and plenty of laughs. That’s a strong way to spend a Saturday.
