Following two fantastic, high-energy taster sessions, the big news is finally official: Squirrel Scouts have officially joined our Scouting family at 5th Grimsby (Scartho) Scout Group!
Our brand-new Squirrel Drey is ready for weekly adventures packed with making brilliant new friends, discovering big skills, getting outdoors, and earning those very first Scout badges.

Session Details
- 🗓️ When: Every Wednesday during term time
- ⏰ Time: 4:45 PM – 5:45 PM
- 📍 Where: St Giles Church Small Hall, Scartho
- 🐿️ Ages: 4 and 5-year-olds
How to Join the Waiting List
Demand for our newest section is already incredibly high! Spaces are limited to ensure high-quality, safe, and fun sessions for everyone.
To register your 4 or 5-year-old for a place:
- ✉️ Email the team directly: 5thgrimsby@gycscouts.org.uk with your child’s name, date of birth, and your contact details to secure their spot on our waiting list.

If you fancy playing games, getting creative (and sometimes a bit messy!), and helping young minds develop skills for life, come join our leadership team! Volunteering with Squirrels is flexible, hugely rewarding, and every bit as much fun for adults as it is for the kids.
