Programme Spark

As it says in Spark #7, Youth Shaped Scouting is more than just a month.

Use this Spark as an opportunity to revisit YouShape month, particularly focusing on the Wear Their Necker initiative.

This is all about getting young people to shadow leaders to gain a better understanding of what the role involves. This might mean a Beaver running an evening, a Scout organising a day trip or an Explorer shadowing their District Commissioner for the day.
