Scouts WinterFest

**Indoor Spaces now full - outdoor is optional!**

Start off the year at an epic Scout camp! WinterFest is a Scout weekend full of adventures!

Enjoy a great weekend starting off with a Winter games night on the Friday - Indoors and Outdoors! On Saturday we will head into Hull for a spot of ice skating, treasure hunting and adventure golf. On Sunday we will be rifle shooting, axe throwing and wood turning. 

Of course, there will also be the usual fun scouting entertainment on the Saturday night!

Bookings are open now and at £40 per Scout, it's a real bargain!

If you wish to add more Scouts on after your initial booking, then please complete the form again just entering your additional numbers and make another payment for the additional amount. All bookings and payments must be in by Friday 30th December 2022. 

All young people and Leaders attending will need to complete copies of the health forms available to download below. The Events Team will need these to be handed in when checking in on the Friday.

Scouts are welcome to attend with or without their Leaders, please just indicate this on the booking form. The cost for Leaders to attend is £10 to cover food and accommodation for the weekend.

For Scouts attending without Leaders, please designate one Leader as a point of contact and that person is to fill in the booking form and make payment to County.
