Workshops to support those volunteers who hold a Manager and Supporter role.
The North East Region Training team has developed a new series of workshops based around the Manager and Supporter Training scheme to support those members who have a Manager and Supporter role.
Spaces are limited to 28 in the first instance and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
The details of the workshops can be found below as well as the booking form. Those from outside of Humberside, please select "other" when prompted.
Workshop 1 - Saturday
On Saturday we will run workshops on:
- The Role of a Manager and Supporter in Scouting as a Leader
- Growth
- Recruitment
- Volunteer Journey
- Development Plans
- Leadership Styles
Workshop 2 - Sunday
On Sunday we will run workshops on:
- Risk Management
- Safeguarding as a Manager
- Inclusion and Diversity
- Complaints
- Compliance
These workshops are designed to help learners develop skills and share knowledge and best practice that they can then take back to their Groups, Districts or Counties.
