We’re delighted to invite you to join us for our County Annual Review and AGM on Sunday 14th September 2025 at 4.00pm at Raywell Park Activity Centre, Riplingham Road, Raywell, HU16 5YL.
This is a chance to come together and celebrate the great successes and achievements from across the County over the past year. You’ll also have the opportunity to see the fantastic developments and improvements we’ve been making at Raywell, alongside hearing about the wider work taking place across the County.
Following the meeting, we’ll enjoy a BBQ and refreshments – a chance to relax, catch up with friends, and share ideas for the future.

County Trustee Board Nominations
We want people to be able to have a say in what happens in the County, be involved and represent views of all members. If you're interested, or would like more information - please contact the current Chair of Trustees, Ian Birkinshaw: ian.birkinshaw@humbersidescouts.org.uk
Do you have the skills we need?
We would encourage anyone interested in becoming part of the Trustee Board to get in touch with us. We are particularly looking to fill the following skills / age gaps:
- 18-25 year olds to represent the views of our younger members.
- IOSH / Safety Qualification
- Campaigning
- Business Development
- HR
- Education Sector
What do you need to have?
You don't need experience of being an Trustee, but applicants wishing to join the County Trustee Board will be required to complete the following:
- Satisfactory enhanced Scouting DBS check (if they don't already hold one)
- The national vetting process as well as a small amount of online training to support them in the role.
- As a trustee of the County, you will need to be available to attend the majority of Trustee Board meetings (currently held every 2 months on a Thursday evening, in person at Raywell Park).
