New Website Launched

Humberside Scouts are proud to launch their new website. Whilst the old site served us well, it did not really reflect the current brand and 'Scouting of a modern day'. The new website has been designed by indicoll, a local business based in Beverley who have transformed the look and feel of the site.

The aim of the site was to make it more attractive to potential new members, as well as developing a central hub for information about Scouting in the County and in the eight Districts that make up Humberside Scouts. One of the other great features of the website is the training calendar and booking system that allows members to book onto training courses without the need to e-mail forms.

Recognising that many people today do not browse the internet whilst sat in front of a large computer screen, the site has been designed to be mobile friendly, making it easy to read and accessible to users of smartphones and other smaller screen devices.

Ian Birkinshaw, County Chairman said 'The dynamic new website for Humberside Scouts is vibrant and fun as well as giving you all the information you need about Scouting in Humberside. This is a real asset for the County and can be used by everyone from beavers to adults in scouting or just looking'.

Andy Hayes, Managing Director of indicoll said 'We are very proud to support Scouting and hope that the new website will encourage more young people and adults to get involved and benefit from the great opportunities that Scouting has to offer'.
