Wayne Bulpitt Visits Humberside

UK Chief Commissioner, Wayne Bulpitt​ joined members of the County Team at The Forest Pines Hotel on Friday evening for the Humberside Scouts Development Conference. Wayne spoke with members of the team about the exciting things happening in the County, the future of Scouting and also held a question and answer session during the evening.

Visit to Primrose Hill

Fresh from the Development Conference Wayne took time to visit Primrose Hill very early on Saturday morning. He was given a tour of the campsite by District Commissioner, Angela Bradley​, Wayne met leaders, Cubs, Scouts and Explorer Scouts from a number of groups that happened to be camping for the weekend including 4th Ashby and 1st Goxhill and Barrow.

Wayne saw the facilities for crate stacking and archery as well as the District's refurbished Nelthorpe and St Vincent's huts before travelling to Leeds and the North-East to continue his busy schedule.
