We’re launching our first ever Humberside Youth Forum on Saturday 24th January 2026, and we want to hear directly from the people who matter most: Scouts, Explorer Scouts, and Young Leaders.

This is your chance to tell us what’s working, what’s not, and what we need to do better. We're not guessing anymore — we're listening.

What’s It All About?

The Youth Forum is designed to give young people a voice in shaping the future of Scouting in Humberside. Whether it's support for completing Top Awards or making weekly meetings more exciting, we want to know what you think.

This one-day event will split into two sessions:

Morning: Scouts
Afternoon: Explorer Scouts & Young Leaders

Expect snacks, open conversations, idea-sharing, and a chance to take real actions back to your groups.

Who Can Attend?

Each Section or Unit can bring up to 4 young people to the Forum. We're looking for those who are:

Keen to speak up
Willing to bring ideas back
Confident enough to help run similar feedback sessions in their own Sections afterward

Don't worry — even if your young people can't attend on the day, there will still be chances for everyone to contribute in your own meetings through post-event activities.
