Raywell Work Weekend

We're looking for volunteers to come and help us sort out storage space and equipment at Raywell. This work weekend will be the start of another series of days that we are undertaking throughout the 'quiet season' of 2015/16 to tidy up the site, get rid of old buildings, make better use of the storage we have and to generally make the site look more attractive for our users.

If you can only spare a couple of hours, that's great - you really don't have to come for the whole weekend - any time you can spare will be greatly appreciated.

There's jobs to suit everyone, whatever your skills might be - Demolition, Modification, Relocation, Rehydration.

Refreshments

We will be provide a BBQ on Saturday evening and food for Sunday lunch as well as refreshments throughout the weekend.

Those coming for the full weekend or over lunch on Saturday, may wish to bring a pack up with them. It would be useful to know how many are coming in order that we can plan for food etc on the Saturday night.

Accommodation

Free camping and accommodation is available to anyone that gives up their time to help out during the weekend. Indoor accommodation will be on a first come first served basis! Those wishing to book indoor accommodation should contact Ant to make a booking - countyoffice@humbersidescouts.org.uk  Anyone wishing to camp, may do so, just bring your tent(s) along.
